Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a conformation to your email. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to your email! If for some reason you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at rosiebowsbabyco@gmail.com
Please make sure that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.
Rosie Bows Baby Co is not responsible for packages after they are sent and therefore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
When will my order ship?
We ship everything USPS first class. Orders will be shipped within 3-14 days after confirmation that payment(s) have cleared

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If any item is received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't left our facility. You can cancel your order at any time. There will be a 25% restocking fee to restock any canceled order.
How do I choose sizing?
Items that require specific sizing, i.e headwraps, will be determined by head circumference averages in each age range
If you wish to have sizing tailored to your child, please enter head circumference in inches in the comment box at checkout
