How long does my order take to ship?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a conformation to your email. As soon as your order has shipped, you will also receive your tracking number to your email! If for some reason you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at rosiebowsbabyco@gmail.com

Where is my order?

We ship everything USPS first class. Orders will be shipped within 3-14 days after confirmation that payment(s) have cleared

Please make sure that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

Rosie Bows Baby Co is not responsible for packages after they are sent and therefore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If any item is received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been made. As our bows are a custom fit and made to order, once they have been made we will be unable to cancel or issue a refund.
